Originally derived from the Tricone roller bit used in oil and gas drilling for over a century, DRILLNOVA Roller bits have been adapted for foundation drilling. Unlike traditional Tricone bits, which are designed for full-face drilling with efficient cuttings removal and cooling via drilling mud, Roller Bits in foundation drilling are optimized to cut only an annular space. Given the unique challenges of piling applications, our Roller Bits feature significant upgrades to ensure optimal performance in these demanding conditions.
